Our paddleboards are designed for comfort and stability, making them suitable for all skill levels. With their balanced frame, they provide a smooth ride, whether you're paddling for an hour or enjoying a longer journey. Before you head out, we offer basic guidance to ensure you're comfortable with the equipment and ready for your adventure. As you paddle, you'll find yourself surrounded by natural beauty, with the gentle movement of the board and the quiet of the water helping you unwind. At the end of the day, many guests return feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with a sense of accomplishment, having enjoyed both the serenity of the river and the simple joy of paddleboarding.
Cancellation Policy
Please review the following terms before making a reservation. Please contact us in advance to check availability for your preferred date and time before booking. Booking Policy • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • Booking is required at least 48 hours in advance. • Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon payment receipt. • Guided tours (Saturday and Sunday) require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund. • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellation & Rescheduling • For any cancellations, please contact us directly. • Refunds depend on the notice period given before your scheduled booking. • For changes within 72 hours of your booking, availability and refund options may be limited. • In the event of adverse weather or river warnings, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. A full refund or reschedule will be offered. Arrival Policy • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to extend your hire time or guarantee your booking. Safety Rules • All participants must be able to swim and be in good physical health. • Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who we deem unfit for water-based activities. Equipment Use • Hired equipment must be returned in good condition. • Any loss or damage caused by misuse may incur a charge. • All participants must agree to our terms of use and safety briefing before launch.
